Long considered one of Detroit’s most iconic neighborhoods, Brush Park begins its next chapter with City Modern. At the intersection of downtown and Midtown, this unique development unites Brush Park’s historic lineage with the thoughtful integration of modern design and city living.
Detroit Metal Elements fabricated the exterior panels/railings for the multi-family housing units at Brush Park. The screen pattern design incorporated from a glass window in one of the historic houses had significate meaning. DME worked with the architect and builder to value engineer the mesh screens so they would meet budgetary needs.
