Barton Tunnel connects the B2B nature trail with Bandemer Park. The tunnel features a public art installation “Ode to Huron” w/ 38 CorTen laser cut panels that represent nature found in the local Huron River. DME worked with the City of Ann Arbor and Washtenaw Township to select the final artist, Tatum Lorway. We also provided engineering development time to convert Tatum’s artwork to scale for laser fabricating.
